Preflight is a document-completeness and rejection-risk checking tool. It can miss defects and can flag items that are not defects.

Marketing language. References to “submission insurance” are descriptive marketing language only. Preflight is not an insurance product, insurer, insurance broker, or guarantee of acceptance.

Preflight does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, insurance, regulatory, or other professional advice. A Ready Score is not a statement that a recipient must accept a submission, that a filing complies with governing law, or that a deadline has been calculated correctly.

You remain responsible for reading the original instructions, verifying the submission, protecting sensitive information, and obtaining professional advice when appropriate.

Subscriptions. Preflight Deep Review costs $9 per month unless another price is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or update payment details from the Stripe customer portal linked in the app. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Usage. Paid Deep Review is subject to reasonable daily limits and may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. The free local checker does not require a subscription.

Do not use Preflight as the sole basis for an emergency, jurisdictional deadline, statute of limitations, appeal period, medical decision, or other high-stakes decision where an error could cause substantial harm.
