Basic Preflight is local-first. Supported documents are read in your browser and the basic rejection-risk checks run on your device. Preflight does not need to upload the original files to a server for the basic check.

Document parser libraries. PDF, DOCX, and image-text extraction may load open-source parser code from a content-delivery network. The code runs in your browser. The basic checker is designed not to send your document contents to that network.

Optional Deep Review. If you deliberately click Deep Review, extracted text needed for the review is sent to the configured AI provider. Your original files are not sent by the Preflight Deep Review endpoint. Deep Review responses are marked no-store by the application.

Privacy-safe product analytics. Preflight may record anonymous events such as a page view, upload start, completed local check, pricing click, checkout completion, or Deep Review completion. These events never include filenames, document text, email addresses, or original files. Preflight does not use session replay.

Billing. Stripe processes subscription checkout and billing management. Preflight receives subscription identifiers and status so it can unlock Deep Review; payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Preflight.

Delete all. Removing files in the app clears them from the active browser session. Preflight does not make acceptance guarantees and is not a substitute for professional advice.
